The Credit Hire Organisation (CHO) is today pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Andrews to the position of Director General (DG). He will assume his position on January 1 2012, taking over from the outgoing DG, Tony Baker.

A chartered accountant by trade, Martin has over 15 years experience working at board level within public company reporting and governance environments. Formerly Group Finance Director of Accident Exchange Group Plc. (ACE), where he has worked for the past 7 years, Mr Andrews has an in-depth understanding of the issues facing the credit hire market place.

Prior to his work at the ACE, Mr Andrews occupied the post of Group Finance Director for a fully listed consulting (SAP) software and services business, Diagonal Plc. Between 1996 and 2002 he was Finance Director and Company Secretary of Protagana, a UK and US based fully listed “CRM” software company.
